FAQs of BLT Flexitank

Our flexitanks come in various sizes, with capacities ranging from 10m³ to 31m³. According to COA regulations, the loading capacity of a 20'GP should not exceed 24kL (26kL requires carrier approval), and the weight should not exceed 24t. You can choose the appropriate flexitank size based on the density of your contents.

The main materials used for the flexitank are high-performance polyethylene film and polypropylene woven fabric. Our food-grade flexitanks fully comply with food-grade standards, having passed a series of hygiene performance tests, microbial content tests, plasticizer migration tests, and food safety certifications such as FDA, FSSC22000, Kosher, etc.

We offer a variety of flexitanks that can transport almost all non-hazardous liquids. For liquids with special transportation needs, we have specially designed the performance of the flexitanks and their accessories. If you are unsure whether your cargo is suitable for flexitank loading, you can consult our sales personnel.

Flexitanks are single-use products. To ensure the safety of your transport, please do not reuse the flexitanks.

The PE and PP materials used in flexitanks can be recycled and reprocessed into granules. The paper and steel components are also 100% recyclable. You can classify and collect all components and send them to a qualified waste disposal facility for recycling.

Compared to other transportation methods, flexitanks are a more environmentally friendly packaging option. Additionally, our integrated production facilities reduce the carbon footprint of logistics for various components. Strict quality control minimizes waste during production, and the materials are easy to recycle.

We provide comprehensive usage guidance, including documentation, video instructions, and in-person support.

We recommend storing flexitanks in a cool, dry place. They can be stored for up to 18 months from the production date.

We offer comprehensive after-sales service and up to 6 million USD in product liability insurance. If you find any leakage during the use of the flexitank, please contact our after-sales service team immediately, provide the contact information of the on-site personnel, or describe the leakage situation. Our after-sales team will promptly organize emergency rescue and accident investigation at the site and handle any subsequent claims as quickly as possible.
